The objective of Maine Women in the Arts is to promote and give exposure to Maine artists and their work in all media.   Maine Women in the Arts is a statewide, non-profit organization, founded in 1977, by and for individuals, both men and women, in the fine and performing arts.   Our aim is to promote and give exposure to artists' work in all media - visual arts, music, theater, poetry, literature and dance. We are open to both men and women.   If you would like to attend any of our meetings, please come along and join us.
